Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson: Draft Memorandum on Mediation of Conflict between Russia and Ukraine is under development

On May 27 local time, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Zakharova said that the draft memorandum on the mediation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is under development and will be sent to the Ukrainian side after the text is confirmed. It is reported that the draft memorandum will contain the principles and dates of conflict mediation, as well as the conditions for ceasefire.

Previously, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that the second round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations will be held, and the formulation of the draft memorandum of Russia is moving forward.
