Zhao Changpeng criticized the misleading marketing method of TON Foundation on the UAE's
PANews reported on July 8 that in response to the controversy caused by the UAE’s “Golden Visa” project, TON Foundation CEO Max Crown once again clarified, emphasizing that the project was not designed directly by the UAE government, but was promoted by an authorized partner and not officially recognized by the government.
Binance founder Zhao Changpeng commented that the project's marketing method is misleading and should have clearly informed the public of key details. He pointed out that the difference between "35,000 US dollars + 100,000 US dollars pledge" is very different from being able to "submit an application"; there is also a malicious increase in the prices of related tokens; these behaviors are harming the entire industry.
