US SEC confirms receipt of Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF application documents

According to Foresight News, according to Phoenix News, the US SEC confirmed that it has received Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF application documents.


Foresight News Previously, according to an announcement by Trump Media Technology Group, it has submitted an initial registration statement for Form S-1 for Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The ETF will hold directly on Bitcoin and Ethereum, with 75% of its assets invested in Bitcoin and 25% invested in Ethereum and issuing its shares to investors.
