Foresight News According to the announcement of Trump Media Technology Group, the initial registration statement for the S-1 form of Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF (referred to as the "Registration Statement") has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The ETF will hold directly on Bitcoin and Ethereum, of which 75% of its assets are invested in Bitcoin, 25% are invested in Ethereum, and issue its shares ("share") to investors, aiming to reflect the price performance of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
