Malaysia Securities Commission plans to reform digital asset exchange rules
According to Foresight News, according to Crowdfund Insider, the Malaysian Securities Commission proposed to implement a series of regulatory improvement measures aimed at strengthening the country's digital asset exchange (DAX) framework to speed up the token listing process and strengthen investor protection measures. The proposed changes include allowing certain digital assets to be listed on the DAX platform without prior approval from the Commission, where the minimum eligibility requirements are met. In addition, the Commission plans to introduce stricter governance and operational control requirements for DAX operators, including mandatory quarantine of customer assets.
