According to Foresight News, the official website of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority updated information that with the implementation of the stablecoin issuer regulatory system under the Stablecoin Ordinance on August 1, 2025, the issuance of fiat stablecoin stablecoins has become a regulated activity that requires a license. Therefore, the relevant details of the regulatory system are listed, including: stablecoin issuer issuance system, supervision of licensed stablecoin issuers, and record list of licensed stablecoin issuers.

The record book of licensed stablecoin issuers contains the name and basic information of the licensed stablecoin issuer. The public can obtain the latest list of licensed institutions through the record book. There are currently no licensed stablecoin issuers, and the relevant list will be updated in a timely manner.
