Delin Holdings subscribes Asseto equity and Pengu Software shares, intending to launch RWA digital asset platform

According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-listed company Delin Holdings issued a supplementary announcement, disclosing its subscription of Asseto Holding Limited's equity and the Group Management Fund's subscription of shares in Pangu Software Pte Ltd. Delin Holdings said that the Asseto equity subscription transaction was valued at $40 million, with Class A common stock holdings reaching 77,352 shares, and the subscription of Pangu Software Pte Ltd was $1 million, and the two parties will jointly build a digital asset platform covering the tokenization of virtual and real-world assets RWA.
