Wyoming launches Frontier stablecoin FRNT, becoming the first state in the United States to issue stablecoins

According to Foresight News, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted a statement saying that Wyoming launched the stablecoin Frontier (FRNT), backed by the US dollar and short-term government bonds, becoming the first state in the United States to issue stablecoins. FRNT has currently launched 7 blockchains in total, including Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, Optimism and Base. The token has not been opened to the public yet due to regulatory restrictions. The executive director of the Wyoming Stable Token Committee said that the matter will be discussed in detail later today.
