Trump Media and Technology Group Disclose

Foresight News, according to DL News, Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) officially disclosed its Truth brand utility tokens and digital wallets in its latest filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company first hinted at the concept in a letter to shareholders a few months ago. The document shows that the token will be integrated into the Truth Digital Wallet as part of a "larger-scale rewards program", with initial purposes including payment of Truth+ subscription fees. As the project advances, the token may also be applicable to other products and services in the Truth ecosystem, suggesting that it will have a wider use value across the platform in the future. Although the document does not explicitly call it a "cryptocurrency", the wording suggests that it is likely to be built on blockchain infrastructure. The second-quarter earnings report is the first time the project has appeared in public financial documents, showing that the token has been seen as a core component of Trump's media and tech group's crypto strategy.
