The US SEC Encryption Task Force will hold a series of roundtable meetings in many places across the United States
Foresight News, = The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that its Crypto Task Force will visit several U.S. cities in the coming months to hold a series of roundtables aimed at providing more stakeholders in the crypto field with opportunities to communicate directly with SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce. The event particularly welcomes representatives of startup crypto projects with less than 10 employees and less than two years of establishment to ensure that regulatory policy formulation is more comprehensive and diverse. Member Peirce said he hoped to hear those who failed to attend this spring’s Washington roundtable, emphasizing that the regulatory framework will have a profound impact on the industry, and the SEC hoped to achieve a more comprehensive outreach effect through extensive communication. Project representatives interested in participating can submit an application by mail, explaining the team composition and project profile, and specifying the city you want to participate in. The SEC plans to openly participate in the program list to promote open and transparent dialogue and public participation. The series of roundtables is seen as a key initiative by the SEC to promote the openness and inclusion of crypto-regulatory policies.
