Besta shifts its strategic investment focus to crypto assets, etc., and will rename it Z Fin Limited

According to Foresight News, according to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Besta Holdings Co., Ltd. (1168.HK) announced that it will explore future development and investment opportunities in financial technology, including crypto assets, real-world assets (RWA), Web3 and stablecoins. In order to better reflect the expanded strategic focus, the board of directors recommends changing the company's English name "SINOLINK WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS LIMITED" to "Z Fin Limited", and no longer using the Chinese name "Besta Holdings Co., Ltd." for identification purposes after the name change takes effect.

Besta said that the company has actively made strategic arrangements through investment in Zhongan Online Property Insurance (6060.HK) and its joint venture Zhongan Technology (International) Group Co., Ltd. (ZA Global). It is worth noting that ZA Global wholly owns ZA Bank, the largest digital bank in Hong Kong, is the first bank in Hong Kong to provide exclusive reserve bank services to stablecoin issuers. ZA Global also invested in RD Technologies, a participant in the current MAS stablecoin issuer, the MAS stablecoin issuer.
