Xu Zhengyu: Hong Kong has made tokenized bond issuance constant

According to Foresight News, according to Hong Kong Government News Network, Hong Kong Financial Affairs and Treasury Secretary Xu Zhengyu said at a Legislative Council meeting that the Hong Kong government has announced the issuance of tokenized bonds in the 2025-26 "Finance Budget" and the HKMA is currently preparing for the third issuance. After the relevant legislative work is completed, Hong Kong's regulatory framework will fully cover the main nodes of the digital asset industry, balance risk management and investor protection, and provide favorable conditions for market development and financial innovation.
