Arkham: The US government has not sold 170,000 BTC, and has a total of at least 198,000

According to Foresight News, Arkham tweeted that the U.S. government has not sold 170,000 BTC (about $20 billion). The U.S. Marshals Department (USMS) says it holds 289,880 BTC (about $3.4 billion), but other departments such as the FBI, DOJ, DEA and the Office of the Prosecutor have held a total of at least 198,000 BTC (about $23.5 billion) and have not moved in the past 4 months.
