At the same time, for all order users during the peak downtime of the afternoon today, JD Takeout will issue an additional 10 yuan unblocked coupon to the order account today.
Within a week, this is the second time that JD Takeaway has collapsed. On April 16, the topic of "JD Takeaway Collapse" became a hot search on Weibo.
In the afternoon of the same day, JD Takeaway Weibo account posted that at noon today, due to the overwhelming subsidy activity of 10 billion yuan, the traffic of JD Takeaway reached 4 times that of usual, and the system experienced a brief abnormality of less than 20 minutes. JD Takeaway said on the same day that in order to express its apology, it will issue an additional 100,000 "10% off for every 15" subsidy coupons.

On April 21, after a consumer posted a photo with JD founder Liu Qiangdong on social media, the related topics became a hot topic.
In the photo, Liu Qiangdong is wearing a JD Takeaway riding handmade clothes and holding a takeaway. He is suspected to be personally involved in the front-line delivery service of JD Takeaway. The consumer wrote, "I received the first takeaway order from Brother Dong. I am honored to enjoy the service of a big boss over 100 billion yuan." In response, Interface News asked JD.com, and the other party said that the above news was true.
JD Takeaway issued an open letter on April 21, stating that in the next three months, the number of recruitment places for delivery personnel in the company will be increased from 50,000 to 100,000; if all riders have candidates, JD can give priority to arranging work for their candidates, such as full-time couriers and full-time cleaning, to achieve "dual-employee" treatment and significantly increase family income.
