SWIFT is working with Linea to develop stablecoins and on-chain messaging systems

According to Foresight News, the Global Banking Financial Telecommunications Association (SWIFT) is working with Ethereum Layer 2 network Linea to develop stablecoins and on-chain messaging systems, with more than 10 banks including BNP Paribas and Bank of New York Mellon joining, and stablecoins are also being explored.
