Multiple blockchain associations intend to submit joint letters to Trump to support CFTC Chairman nominees

According to Foresight News, according to crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett, three people familiar with the matter revealed that CFTC’s nominated chairman Brian Quintenz has been actively arranging meetings with members of the cryptocurrency industry while the nomination is pending. The White House has not commented since the Senate Judiciary Committee suspended hearings on his appointment three weeks ago. Meanwhile, industry groups including Digital Chamber, Blockchain Association, Crypto Council and Fund DeFi are preparing to send President Trump a joint letter to support Brian Quintenz as soon as tomorrow. "Each of our organization has the honor to know and work directly with Mr. Brian Quintenz, and we can prove that he has deep expertise, reasonable judgment, proven leadership and integrity," the letter reads.
