According to Foresight News, according to The Block, the South Korean Financial Services Commission plans to submit a stablecoin regulatory bill to the legislature in October, covering issuance, mortgage management and risk control requirements. The bill will be incorporated into the second phase of the legal framework for digital assets. South Korea's four major banks may meet with USDC issuer Heath Tarbert next week to discuss stablecoin cooperation.
